The REIGN 治世 9" Gyuto, Hammered Damascus, Ebony Handle, looks grim on the shelf of any kitchen. This traditional Japanese style knife is made of Cobalt-10 stainless steel providing hardness of 60+/-2 HRC. It is 67-layer Hammered Damascus. The spine is heated to make it darker than the heel area.
